Many of the highly acclaimed restaurants of New Jersey and adjacent states had their origins in buildings that were constructed as early as the late 1600s. Whether starting life as a stagecoach stop, railroad station, tavern, barn, farmhouse or mansion, they have all been adapted to 21st century standards. Join as our speaker Phil Jaeger, takes you on a journey back to past centuries to discuss the way these buildings appeared and functioned then, as contrasted with today. Registration is requested.
