The item that I want is in the catalog but is not in the Roxbury Public Library or it is checked out. How do I get it?
Your Roxbury Public Library card is accepted at all libraries that are part of the Morris Automated Information Network (M.A.I.N.). This gives you access to 2.5 million items in 37 municipal libraries and the Morris County Library. You can go to any of these libraries and check out your item.
If you do not wish to travel to another library or the item is checked out, you can request that the item be sent to the Roxbury Public Library by placing a request. You can place request online from the library catalog. Directions are here. Call the Roxbury Public Library at 973-584-2400 if you have problems with the catalog or are unsure of your PIN.
If you can’t locate what you want in our catalog, give us a call or come in and we will try to find the item in a library outside of Morris County. A $3.50 per item fee will be charged to the patrons account on items that were not located within the NJ library network. If you are concerned about any possible fee, please call the library before placing any items on hold using Jersey Cat.
