So you think you know New Jersey? Put your Garden State knowledge to the test while having fun with other players.
No experience necessary! Game play will happen on Zoom and using the Kahoot! app -- download the Kahoot! app beforehand via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (Android Users). You do not have to have an account to play.
Easiest to play if you have two devices -- one for Zoom and one for Kahoot! You can play as an individual or as a team.
For our game, you will need the Zoom app to see/hear the game played from our shared screen. You will need the Kahoot! App to record the answers to the questions.
You can do this by,
Playing from a computer, and splitting your screen so one side is Zoom and the other Kahoot!; - OR -
Playing from two different devices -- like a computer (that has audio!) for the Zoom and your smartphone for Kahoot! This, to me, is an easier way to play.
Please note that Kahoot! not only scores you points if you get the right answer, but also by how quickly you answer.
Have multiple family members at home? You can play as one team or each person can download Kahoot! on his/her phones and each can play.
Register online or by calling the library at 973 584-2400. The link will be emailed to you the day before the program.
