Jobs

There are many ways to volunteer at the Roxbury Public Library. Here are some jobs that, depending on your interest and aptitude, you can help us with:

  • Shelving books
  • Shelf reading books (making sure a section is actually in order)
  • Picklist processing (hunting things down that people have requested)
  • Dusting shelves 
  • Packing and upacking interlibrary loan book deliveries
  • Processing new books
  • Managing a book club
  • Managing a display 
  • Running a storytime or other programs
