Learn different Book Folding techniques to create artwork that will be a terrific decoration or gift for friends. This project will feature the shadow technique.
Book folding is the art of folding the pages within books to create 3D shapes.
In this session, attendees will cut and fold pages to create a hummingbird, using a ruler, a folding tool and scissors. The project will be started in class and attendees can then complete it at home on their own.
Supplies, including a book of appropriate size, weight and length, will be provided to all attendees.
Though this class is geared for adults, participants 12 and up are welcome.
